Corrie and Chef Patrick both share a long-held passion for sustainable farming and making sure that we leave the land healthier than we found it. Throughout the spectacular four-course, wine-paired dinner, Corrie will discuss the importance and the challenges of our organic viticulture practices, while Chef Patrick will speak to his philosophy and commitment to sourcing only local, sustainable, and organic products.
