A look at sustainable and renewable wine practices and how Grizzli is contributing. You will learn about organic, sustainable, and conventional wines, their pros and cons, and how they taste as well as biodynamic vs organic vs sustainable viticulture and how it affects what ends up in your glass.
Ticket includes 60 min of class time, along with various wine samples and a glass of Grizzli wine.
