This February, treat yourself to a unique tasting experience at Grizzli Winery. Expand your palate with our award-winning icewines, each expertly paired with a chef-curated menu from 31 Charkay, promising a culinary journey like no other.

On February 1st from 2 pm-4 pm, indulge in a 30-minute seated experience in Canada’s largest tasting room and wine lounge. Take in the views of our snow-covered vines while our experts guide you through the fascinating harvest-to-bottle process of Canadian-made icewines.

Grizzli Winery and 31 Charkay have beautifully curated a sensory experience that promises world-class wines and four culinary pleasures. Space is limited, so we urge you to secure your spot at this unique event.

Menu:
1. Scallop Crudo with Sauvignon Blanc:
The delicate flavours of the scallop work well with the balance of the wine. The flavours of lime and apple complement the tropical nature of the sauvignon blanc icewine, creating a beautiful harmony.

Arancini with Gewürztraminer:
The wine’s rosewater finish, lychee, and sultana complement the butternut squash and sage, which combine savoury and sweetness.

Butter pecan tart with Merlot:
The spice from the tart and the wine are inviting but not overpowering on the palate. The rich caramel of the tart complements the fruity aroma and sweetness of the Merlot and offers an easy finish.

Amaretto chocolate truffle and Cabernet Franc:
The rich, creamy taste of the chocolate truffle brings out more of the wine’s berry flavours without being overbearingly sweet. Hints of toffee and almond are noted. It’s a delicate and rich blend.
