Go Fish!

Introduce youngsters to fishing! Sundays in May and part of June, children can try their luck at catching fish. The pond at the Hall Road entrance to Mission Creek and Shannon Lake will be stocked with trout and Park Interpreters will be on hand to help teach new fishers. We have a supply of rods, reels and bait for those who don’t have their own gear. No fishing license is required for BC children 15 years old and under. This program is for children with a one fish per day limit. This is a drop-in program, no need to register.

Hosted by the Regional District of the Central Okanagan
