VIEW MAPA five-part series hosted by Sncewips celebrates sʔuknaqinx culture through hands-on workshops and presentations.
Participants learn from sqilxw knowledge carriers and artists in a welcoming space focused on wellness, cultural revitalization and intergenerational learning.
Participant spots are limited. WFN/Okanagan Nation members receive priority seating. Non-priority attendees are required to pay a fee of $100 per workshop day.

– All Workshops will be held at WFN Elders Hall, 3255 Shannon Lake Rd. V4T 1V4
– Workshops begin at 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
– Lunch will be provided from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm.

Please note: All required supplies will be provided for each workshop. Participants are welcome to bring their own supplies or materials, if applicable or preferred.
Participation Guidelines & Restrictions
By participating in these workshops, I am expected to attend for the full duration of each workshop day. All day attendance (10am-4pm), is required as this ensures participants receive the full benefit of the workshop, respects the time and effort of those facilitating the activities, and prevents workshop spots from being unavailable to another participant who could have attended the full day.
