Join us at Grizzli Winery with Wine Country Tai Chi, for our Collectif series workshops.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that, today, has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that connects the mind and body in continuous flowing movements to maintain or restore your health. Often described as meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through a series of movements performed in a slow, focused manner. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion and promoting increased flexibility and balance.

The first workshop on July 25 is a gentle introduction to the grace of Tai Chi, teaching introduction moves.

The second workshop on August 22 builds on the foundational knowledge of the first workshop.

For more information on what Tai Chi entails and answer all your workshop questions, please contact Yvonne by email at yvonnewaines@shaw.ca or by phone at 778-755-0987.

We recommend booking both workshops, to gain the most from your experience. Don’t miss out on this amazing opportunity to learn Tai Chi from Wine Country Tai Chi Society!
