About the instructor:
Andrea is new to the Okanagan and is the owner of Perfect Balance Yoga in West Kelowna. She has spent the last 6 years traveling and teaching in Vietnam and Thailand, offering Yoga, Mindfulness and Reiki Healing Sessions. With a background in the field of Psychology, supporting children and youth with Autism, Andrea integrated a therapeutic understanding of sensory needs and play with her calming nature. Andrea is a certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hathat and Yoga Nidra teacher. She is also a Siam Reiki Master Healer and Crystal Healer.
