Chef’s Selection Wine Sampler + Taster Menu:
1) 2017 Riesling w/ Ancho dusted salmon & Manchego quesadillas with cilantro lime crema.
2) 2017 Pinot noir w/ Cuban Chicken picadillo empanadas, with olives, sultanas & Roasted peppers. Mojo sauce.
3) 2014 Merlot w/ Yuca rellenas- Yuca fritters stuffed with smoked beef brisket & spiced onion marmalade and fresh herb chimichurri.
4) 2016 Blueberry Wine w/ Arepas filled with a fresh mango & jalapeño cream cheese and a sweet salsa roja.

Vegetarian Selection Wine Sampler + Taster Menu:
1) 2017 Riesling w/ Black bean and roasted corn quesadilla with manchego cheese and lime crema.
2) 2017 Pinot noir w/ Cuban empanadas, olives, sultanas, roasted peppers Spanish rice with mojo salsa.
3) 2014 Merlot w/ Yuca rellenas stuffed with grilled poblano peppers, asparagus spiced onion, fresh herb chimichurri.
4) 2016 Blueberry Wine w/ Arepas filled with a fresh mango & jalapeño cream cheese and a sweet salsa roja.
