Yoga & Live Music in the Vineyard

Baby, it’s summertime and boy do we have a treat for you! An afternoon of delight. I have teamed up with 3 amazing talents Grizzli Winery with their delicious wine, local cheesecake & Adam Kern with his amazing musical soul-moving talent!!

We will start our afternoon outside on the beautiful grass while certified yoga instructor Aleena Mckinnon, guides you through a yoga class. This class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly a moving meditation with the breath. Watery, fluid, rhythmic, simple, sweet movements to the sounds of Adams guitar & amazing voice. After class, we will enjoy an array of wines that will be paired with local cheesecake!

•Bring water + your mat! If you need a mat please let me know and I will bring you one.
