During those hot summer months our four-legged friends like to cool down with a swim too! The Gellatly Dog Beach is centrally located down in the Gellatly Bay area. It is a fenced area with a couple of picnic tables and doggie bags available. Please remember to keep your dog on leash when walking from your car to the fenced dog area.
West Kelowna also has two off leash dog parks – one at Shannon Woods and one at Westbank Centre Park. Both of these offer completely fenced in areas for your dog to enjoy. Please remember to keep them on leash and to pick up after them!
