Discover Farm-Fresh Fun in West Kelowna: Visit the Farm Loop
Don’t miss the chance to explore the Westside Farm Loop in West Kelowna this fall! This picturesque route is a hit with families and nature enthusiasts, offering a charming blend of farm experiences and outdoor activities.
You can “get your farm on” with activities like apple picking, visiting farm animals, creating flower bouquets, and treating yourself to some delicious ice cream. The farm loop is your one-stop-shop for fresh tomatoes, corn, apples, squash, garlic, herbs, eggs, and nuts. Gather these farm-fresh ingredients and start whipping up pasta sauces, Mexican street corn, or your favorite apple pie recipe.
Here are a few tips for visiting our farms and orchards.
• These are active farms and tractors or equipment may be in use. Stay in designated areas.
• Harvest dates vary from year to year due to weather fluctuations, which can impact fruit yields and harvest schedules.
• Check the farms/fruit stands hours as they vary and may not be open daily.
• Bring cash as some stand may operate on an honour system.

Fresh Finds at Gellatly Garden
4205 Gellatly Rd | Hrs: Daily, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and if the gate is open.
You pick flowers and fresh produce such as tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, squash, onions.
Griffin Farms
3344 Elliott Rd | Hrs: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
You pick tomatoes, Italian prunes and Bartlett pears as well as McIntosh apples. Lots of great fruits, vegetables and products to purchase including cherries, squash, red Russian garlic, peppers, tomatoes, prunes, cherry juice, apple cider, apple/pear juice and creamy honey. If you are lucky, you may also be able to get some peaches (if there are any left!).
Paynter’s Fruit Market

Westbank Farmers’ Market
The Plaza at City Hall – Old Okanagan Hwy | Saturdays in September, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
This small, friendly market recently moved locations to the Plaza at City Hall. Find a variety of fresh produce, baked goods and crafters, including jams/jellies, wine candles, macramé decorations, greeting cards, upcycle clothing and of course great fruit and produce.
Westbank Harvest

Find you pick experiences as well as ready picked fruit. Enjoy early apples, plums, and root vegetables.

Wine tastings, icewine as well as Spuntini platters and Italian Pizza for the picnic area. They also serve up Gelato and frozen espressos.
Kalala Organic Estate Winery

Off the Grid Organic Winery
