Gather friends and family for a delightful afternoon of Sipping, Sniffing and Savouring on Saturday November 25th 2023 at 1:00pm at Volcanic Hills Estate Winery. Get ready to indulge your senses in an afternoon of pure enjoyment.

Immerse yourself in the world of fine wines, tantalizing aromas, and delectable flavors. From perfectly aged reds to crisp whites, our professionally paired selection of wines will enhance the creamy richness of the compound butters and fresh French breads!

It’s time to trust your senses! Step by step instructions will be provided to build the bases of your 5 Compound Butter Recipes. There is an opportunity to personalize each recipe to individual taste. Each butter will be built one at a time, paired with wine, and then savored with fresh French bread before sealed and labelled in a take home glass jar. After a quick tidy up between each recipe and we begin again. Each recipe will take about 20 minutes from start to finish with plenty of time to sip, to sniff to savor in between.
