It is a great weekend to come for a visit to West Kelowna as Winterfest kicks off this weekend.
Saturday will see the annual light up of the West Kelowna Firehall #31 and all the festivities that surround it. From 5:00 pm – 6:00 pm the public is invited to join the firefighters in kicking off the holiday season in West Kelowna.
On Sunday, from noon to 4 pm the fun continues at Mount Boucherie Recreation Complex with FREE Hotdogs & treats, FREE skating and FREE crafts and cooking making. Plus there will be a visit from Santa! Sunday will also see the annual Firefighters Classic hockey game at 2pm. Be sure to come out to Winterfest and show your support for West Kelowna’s quest to become Kraft Hockeyville. There will be opportunities for you to submit your story as to why West Kelowna is Hockeyville.
